How do I set multiple fixed prices/amounts that payers can choose from on my payment form? (new design)

For accounts on the new MoonClerk dashboard design (created September 2026 or later).

This article covers MoonClerk's new dashboard design. If your account still uses the classic design, see the classic version of this article.

1) Create a new payment form (or open the one you'd like to edit) and go to the Amount section of the builder.

2) Under Amount mode, choose Set Specific Amount(s).

3) Click the + Add amount button and enter your first amount. If you'd like a description, type it in the Label field — payers see it next to the amount at checkout (e.g. "$25.00 - General admission").

4) Repeat step 3) for any other amounts you'd like to set. To reorder amounts, hold the drag handle at the left of a row and drag it into place. To remove one, click the × at the right of its row.

5) Keep in mind that once the form is saved, an amount can be removed, reordered, or replaced — but not rewritten. Existing subscribers are matched to an amount by its value, so to change one, use the replace control (⟳) on its row to swap it for a new amount.

6) Under "How amounts are displayed," choose whether payers see the amounts as radio buttons or a drop down.

7) When you're finished, click Save at the top of the page, then Publish to make the change live (a new form stays a draft until you publish it, and on a live form saved changes stay unpublished until you do). Your form will now allow payers to choose between the different amounts that you have set.
