How do I format the amount options to be radio buttons or drop downs? (new design)

For accounts on the new MoonClerk dashboard design (created September 2026 or later).

If you've chosen to list multiple amounts on a payment form, you can also choose whether you'd like those amounts to be displayed as radio buttons or in a drop down menu at checkout.

1) Create a new payment form (or open the one you'd like to edit) and go to the Amount section of the builder.

2) Below your amounts you'll see a section titled "How amounts are displayed." Choose Radio buttons or Drop down.

3) Click Save at the top of the page, then click Publish to make the change live for your payers. On a live form, saved changes stay unpublished — and invisible to payers — until you publish them. Your selection controls how the amounts are displayed at checkout — the live preview beside the builder shows the result right away.

Choosing Drop down presents those same options in a single select menu instead.
