The Payer Portal is where your payers sign in to manage their own plans and payment details. Its settings control what they're allowed to change.
Your payers don't need a password or an account: they request a sign-in link by email, and once they're in they see their plan, the amount, the next payment date, and the card on file. When a card expires, they can update it themselves — a support email you never have to answer — and your contact address sits at the bottom of the portal for anything else.

Instructions
1) Click on the Account drop down menu at the top right and choose Payer Portal.
2) At the top of Payer Portal Settings you'll find your portal's sign-in link (click Copy to share it) and the theme applied to the portal. Below, under "Allow payer to," toggle what payers can do for themselves: update their name and email, update custom field responses, pause and resume a plan, cancel a plan, update the plan amount, or update the plan frequency. Payers can always update their plan's credit card.
3) Click Save.
