Where do I change my account settings?

For accounts on the new MoonClerk dashboard design.

Written by Amitabh Tewari

Settings used to be one long list. In the new dashboard design it's grouped by the question you arrived with — your own sign-in first, then the business, then your team, developers, and checkout — and it only shows the groups you have permission for.

Where everything lives now, group by group — about a minute.

Instructions

1) Click on the Account drop down menu at the top right and choose Settings.

2) Settings is organized into cards. At the top are your Dashboard design and Form builder preferences — both are choices about how MoonClerk looks to you. Under Your sign-in you'll find Sign-in Credentials (email address and password) and Two-Factor Authentication. Under Business are Account Details (business name, contact email, and time zone), Stripe Connection, Billing Details (your MoonClerk invoices and payment method), and Stripe Account (your Stripe details, payouts, and documents). Team members and what they're allowed to do are managed under Team.

3) Further down the page, Developers holds your API key and webhooks, and Checkout & Apps holds your extensions and the terms of service documents you can attach to a form. If you don't have permission for anything in a group, that group simply isn't shown.

Looking for Integrations, Payer Portal settings, Notifications, or your Activity log? Those have their own entries in the Account menu.
