The Payment Forms page is built for accounts with a lot of forms: status filters with counts, a filter panel for tags and dates, search by name, sorting, a grid view, and columns you choose yourself.
Video walkthrough
Finding any form fast — filters, search, sort, and the grid view — in about a minute.
Instructions
1) Click on the Forms button in your account's main navigation.
2) Above the list you'll see totals for the last 30 days — payment volume, successful checkouts, active recurring plans, and how many forms are disabled. Across the top of the list, the status filters (All, Draft, Active, Disabled, and more) each carry a count; click one to see just that group.
3) When a status isn't specific enough, click Filter to narrow the list by tag or by the date a form was created, or type in the search box to find a form by name.
4) Use Sort to order the list by newest, busiest, or alphabetically, and the List/Grid toggle to see the same forms as cards instead of rows. Click a form's name to open its details page, or use the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to it for Pin, Details, Edit, Preview, Use, Integrate, and Duplicate.
5) Filters, search, sort, and the list or grid view are part of the page's address, so a link you copy and paste to a colleague opens exactly the view you were looking at.
Choosing your columns
The list starts deliberately narrow, with just each form's Name and Tags. You can add the columns you actually scan for — Status, Frequency, Amount, Payments (how many it has taken), and Created — drag them into the order you want, and save. Your columns are remembered for you personally, so a colleague looking at the same forms sees whatever they picked. If you overdo it, Reset to default puts the list back to Name and Tags. The Payments, Plans, and Coupons pages work the same way, each with its own set of columns.
Here's how choosing columns works:
