Note: MoonClerk uses the affiliate software program, Rewardful, to help us manage our affiliate program. The authoritative version of these terms is the Terms of Service you accept in your affiliate dashboard at affiliates.moonclerk.com/terms.
We do have some rules for the MoonClerk affiliate program that you agree to by signing up for it:
Commission terms are set by the campaign in effect when a referral is created, and are shown in your affiliate dashboard. If your account is moved to a different campaign, customers you have already referred keep the terms under which they were referred; new referrals follow the new campaign's terms. Affiliates who join the MoonClerk Partner Program (on or after September 11, 2026) earn a 25% recurring commission on every payment made by the customers they refer during those customers' first 12 months as paying MoonClerk customers. Affiliates who joined The MoonClerk Affiliate Program before September 11, 2026 remain on that campaign's terms as shown in their dashboard unless we notify them of a change.
Customers who sign up through a Partner Program referral link receive 10% off MoonClerk for their first 12 months. Commissions are calculated on the amount the customer actually pays after any discount.
Any person you refer to MoonClerk must become a paying customer in order for you to receive a commission.
Commissions stay pending for 31 days after they are earned so we can allow for refunds and investigate potential abuse. Approved commissions are paid in the next monthly payout run through Rewardful once your balance reaches your campaign's minimum payout ($50 for the Partner Program), so most commissions are paid within 30 to 60 days of being earned.
If a customer cancels during their first billing period, we do not issue a commission for that customer because they may be eligible for a refund.
If we refund someone you referred, we do not pay commissions on the refunded amount, and any commission already credited on that amount may be reversed.
Referral cookies last 90 days. Attribution is first-click: the commission goes to the affiliate whose link the customer clicked first, not last.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with MoonClerk wherever you promote us, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and any equivalent rules that apply where you operate.
Self-referrals are not allowed. You may not use your own affiliate link or referral discount for your own account or for accounts you control.
All affiliates are covered under our company's general Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to terminate our affiliate relationship at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will notify active affiliates by email before any material change to commission terms takes effect.
Abuse, gaming, or other prohibited behavior will result in your account being banned and any unpaid commissions being forfeited. Examples of such behavior:
Supplying us with false or misleading account information.
Promoting MoonClerk on sites directed towards children under age 13.
Using hate speech or profanity.
Using illegal, misleading, defamatory, or unethical promotional or sales tactics.
Using NSFW content such as sexually suggestive or explicit content to promote MoonClerk, including text, photos, videos, or any other media.
Making any statements that imply that you and MoonClerk are in a business partnership or that you work for MoonClerk.
Posting your MoonClerk affiliate link or referral discount on a coupon or "deal" aggregation website, or mass-distributing it as a general public promotion.
Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam) to refer people to MoonClerk.
Registering or using look-alike or misspelled MoonClerk domain names, or spoofing MoonClerk pages, emails or branding.
Publishing AI-generated bulk content, or scraped or duplicated content about MoonClerk, purely to place affiliate links.
Running search engine ads on MoonClerk brand terms or domain names, or Facebook ads or other ads that compete with our own marketing and could confuse customers.
