1) Click on the Forms button in your account's main navigation.

2) Click on the form you'd like to preview.

3) Click on the Preview button.

4) Another tab or window should open in your browser so that you can view what your form looks like (example below).

If you'd like to see what it looks like as an embed, you'll need to go through the process of embedding it in your site.
