If you have already created a package and disconnected a form from it, you can connect a form back to it.

1) Click on “Extensions” in the main navigation of the dashboard.

2) Click on  "Digital Delivery"

3) Click on Packages.

4) Click on the unconnected Package you’d like to connect to a payment form.

5) Scroll to the Form Connections section and choose a form to connect.
