How do I manually block an order’s access to a package?

Revoke the ability for a payer to access a package

In order to manually change an order’s access to “Blocked” so the payer can have access to a package indefinitely:

1) Click on “Extensions” in the main navigation of the dashboard

2) Click on  "Digital Delivery"

3) Click on "Orders"

4) Click on the Order whose access you'd like to edit

5) Click the "Change Access" button

6) Choose the “Blocked” radio button

7) Click the “Save” button
