We do offer a way to migrate from our original (and still supported) Mailchimp integration to the Moonclerk Pro for Mailchimp extension.

To do so, you will first need to add the extension on your account.

Next, you’ll need to contact our support team because we do not currently offer the ability to migrate in our dashboard. Our support team will assist you in the migration so that your payers who have previously checked out on a form connected with the original integration will be populated with the data that comes with the MoonClerk Pro for Mailchimp extension and synced moving forward.
