If you have payers who have signed up for recurring plans, you can choose to allow them to be able to cancel their recurring plans themselves. You will need to choose to send them at least one of our notification emails, which by default include a link for the payers to manage their plans. You can enable or disable the ability for them to cancel their recurring plans from this link.
 In addition, you can also manually cancel their recurring plan yourself through the MoonClerk dashboard.
