If there are no successful checkouts on a payment form, you can delete the form. If a form already has successful checkouts, it cannot be deleted. However, if you have one or more disabled forms that you no longer use, you can keep them out of view on your Payment Forms page.
1) Click on the Forms button in your account's main navigation.
2) Use the status filters above your form list. Click Active to view only the forms that can currently take payments — disabled forms are hidden from the list.
If you ever want to view the disabled forms again, click the Disabled filter (the count shows how many there are) or All at any time.
