If there are no successful checkouts on a payment form, you can delete the form. If a form already has successful checkouts, it cannot be deleted. However, if you have one or more disabled forms that you no longer use, you can hide those forms in the Forms section of the MoonClerk dashboard so that you don’t see them.

1) Click on the Forms button in your MoonClerk dashboard.

2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Only Active Forms” link to specific that you only want to view forms that are enabled.

If you ever want to view the disabled forms again, you can click on the “All Forms” link at any time.
