1) Click on the Forms button in the dashboard main navigation.

2) Click on the form you'd like to use/share access to.

3) Click on the Use button.

4) Download the QR code in the "Use a QR Code" section.

5) Post the QR code on social media, place it on your website, or use it on printed materials so your payers can easily navigate to your payment form by scanning the code with their smartphone camera.
