Please note that you can only delete a Terms of Service file if it is not currently connected to a payment form and if it has not had any successful checkouts attached to it.
1) Click on Settings in the Account dropdown menu.
2) Click on Manage Terms of Service.
3) Click on the Terms of Service you want to remove.
4) Click Delete Terms of Service.
5) Click Delete to confirm.
