1) Sign in to your account
2) Click the Create Payment Form button on the homepage.
3) Title the form. You may want to say something like "Mobile Register"
4) Find the Amount section and choose Decided at Checkout. This will allow you to type in the amount on-the-fly on your smartphone.
5) Find the Frequency section and choose Decided at Checkout from the drop down menu. This will allow you to choose the frequency(one-time, monthly, quarterly, annually) as well as the start/recurring date, and duration/expiration, all on-the-fly on your smartphone.

6) Once you're finished with the form, click the Save & Finish button.

7) On the Form Detail page, where you will arrive after clicking the Create Form button, click on the Use button.

8) Copy the link in the Send Link section.

9) Email or text that link to yourself.
10) Open that email on your smartphone (in this example, we will use an iPhone,) and click the link to open it in your smartphone's browser.
11) Click the arrow button (on an iPhone).
12) Click the Add to Home Screen button.
13) Title the icon that will be displayed on your phone and click Add.
14) The MoonClerk icon with your icon title will now appear on your phone. You can click this icon anytime, enter the payer's payment information and check them out in person.
